Finally, we get to start covering!  The first piece that we decided to cover was the rudder.

Here, the very bottom is glued on at the bottom of the rudder.  We removed the rudder horn before covering and will have to punch the hole when we are finished.

Dale showed us the proper covering technique.  When it is glued we used an iron at 250º to get out the wrinkles and smooth out the glue line.

The rudder is covered.  We will now have to put the tape on the glue seams to get it ready for the Poly-Brush.  Well, one piece covered many more to go.
