Panel

As the wiring continues, we have updated our panel.  This final panel we will be using is actually slightly different than the one which I had on page 26.  It is basically the same layout but the radio has been moved to the bottom of the panel because the diagonal support bar is in the way.  A note of CAUTION, make sure that your instruments fit where you are planning to put them before you cut your dash (which we failed to do).  The altimeter also just clears that bar on the left side.

AeroCarb

The AeroVee uses the AeroCarb which is connected to the bottom of the engine.  We have also purchased and installed the optional air filter.

Front of Engine

This is a front view of the AeroVee with Prince propeller and spinner installed.  The cooling baffle installed on the left is courtesy of Tom Jeschke who didn't need them anymore because he used a Revmaster in his Sonex.   Inside the baffle, you can also see the oil pressure probe.

Baggage Compartment & Battery

We also installed the battery and have started to put the floorboards in the baggage compartment.  We also installed the push/pull tube and the aluminum cover will go over the top.
